Ingredients: Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl), Chromium (from Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate) (Albion™), Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Soy Lecithin, Glucomannan (from Konjac Root)(Amorphophallus konjac), Organic Kelp (Laminaria spp.) (Whole Plant), Grapefruit Fiber Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Contains soy (lecithin).

Allergens: soy (lecithin). Caution: For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. This product contains glucomannan. Take as recommended. Without drinking enough liquid the product may swell in the throat, causing blockage or choking.
