Ingredients & allergens

Ingredients: Glucosamine and Chondroitin,Cellulose, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source), Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source), Silica and Vegetarian Coating.

Allergens: shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish).

Suggested use & storage

Take 2 tablets daily. Due to the size of tablet, take with 8 oz. of water or other beverage.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
