Ingredients & allergens

Ingredients: Glucosamine and MSM,Hypromellose (Cellulose Capsule), Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source) and Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source).

Allergens: shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish).

Suggested use & storage

Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
