Ingredients: Magnesium (elemental) (from Magtein® magnesium L-threonate), Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera) (Root and Leaf)(min. 2.5% Total Withanolides), L-Theanine, 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan)(from Griffonia simplicifolia Extract) (Seed), GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested use & storage

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably late in the day.
