Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) is a B vitamin-like compound that helps to protect mitochondria from free radicals and promotes the production of new mitochondria within cells.* PQQ may thus help to maintain robust cellular energy production, support heart health, and promote normal cognitive function.* Extra Strength PQQ includes alpha lipoic acid to complement PQQ’s free radical scavenging abilities.* This extra strength product has twice the PQQ (40 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (20 mg per capsule).
