Ingredients: L-Theanine, 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) (from Griffonia simplicifolia Extract) (Seed), Melatonin Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested use & storage

Take 1 capsule about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
